"Bole2Harlem is a journey", says Siraj, "One that takes you thousands of miles from one place to another."Some of the songs, like 'Hoya Hoye,' are like a walk down the street in Harlem. "I go to my corner bodega and hear the best salsa and merengue," explains Schommer. "I walk down to the Ital juice store and hear the best reggae. The Senegalese and Malian...

bole to harlem
"Africaye" remember me differents styles, it's a mix of: jazz, african, latin and disco music. But I think it is not nothing new. This is my opinion. It is great but doesn't innovate. Thank you.

Too Darn Good
The excellent musical arrangement, combined with tight lyrical style is phenomenal

Excellent release
This is a wonderful release, if a bit "produced" and "studio sounding". Lots of fun, Ethiopian/NYC vibes here. Definitely worth a listen (and then a purchase ; )

Betam Conjo!!!!!
Betam, betam... ibd Conjo!

Keeps Getting Better
The more I listen the more I like it! Like I said it keeps getting better!!!!

cher!cher!

Lovin it!..something different.
I love the mixture of Ethiopian/urban/hip hop. In a world that is more and more a mixture of cultures affecting every area of life, there should be more music like this that reflects this fusion we have become. Not only is this album unique in that way but also musically and lyrically sound.
